I saw your face, and then I knew,
All this time, my dream was of you,
Your gentle touch, your warm embrace,
That sexy smile, upon your face,
You took my hand and danced with me,
You made me feel like I was free,
The candlelight, the flowers too,
The wine and music, it was all you.
I saw you in my dreams before,
You knew I needed something more,
You looked at me, in a special way,
Said you couldn’t wait for that day,
Butterflies, they danced in me,
For The man ,I couldn’t wait to see,
As fine as the sand along the shore,
When I saw you in my dreams before.
You knew just what you had to say,
When we met, on that beautiful day,
I was scared, you knew that too,
But you new exactly what to do,
You smiled so sweet, and walked with me,
Up the stairs, where we would be,
Alone at last, you closed the door,
This could be my something more.
